I had a hard time (impossible) finding ABS around here, so I used PVC and painted the upper tubes, about 43 bucks for a rzr, followed the design on rzr forum as well. Have a hard time paying the rzr tax...lol I mean really 200 bucks for a kit? and one is around $400..at this point i believe some of these companies are just getting rediculous

What size would i need to run ? 1 1/2 or 2 in ? I might just try to do it myself instead of buying a kit .

measure your input, on an atv if your airbox is sealed, measure where the factory snorkel is, if it is not round, you might have to get creative, it needs to be as large as your opening to the airbox at least.

On my Honda I used 2 1/2" shop vac hose straight out of the airbox to 2" pvc pipe. I never had the first issue with it for 5+ years.

I'd go 2 in. At least.

Ok , snorkel finished . Now , it appears to not be getting enough air , should it be 2in instead of 1 1/2 ? We followed the pictures closely off of a triangle kit online and it was all 1 1/2 . When u get the rpms up about halfway it cuts out bad . Now on some pics im seeing coming out of the air box with 1 1/2 and after the first couple turns , adapting to 2 in and running it the rest of the way . Any thoughts ? I do know we unhooked it from the box and it runs fine so its def the snorkel .

Do a 2 1/2" shopvac hose. Fits perfect in the airbox. You can silicone it into a black female 2" connection, pvc I believe. It will squeeze into tight areas and very easy to use. I had it for 5+ years and no problems.

thanks for all the input , gonna be a cold weather project in moms garage . prol consider a 2 in lift and maybe some wheel spacers and do it all at once .

I put a perfex suspension kit on my foreman and it gave me about an inch of lift and the ride was alot softer.

Where did you get the suspension and how much did it cost?

I put that kit on my Foreman 11 years ago. I did a search and couldn't find anyone who still sells it.
